Pausa de 1 a 1.30 minutos entre cada serie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DESARROLLO:<\/strong> a una orden del entrenador sale en jugador a velocidad en zig-zag entre las estacas, llegando a la \u00faltima conducir el bal\u00f3n y lanzar el centro. Cuando dicho jugador paso la 2da. estaca salen los otros dos jugadores del centro saltando las estacas y cruz\u00e1ndose para tratar de definir. Pausa y cambian. (3 bal\u00f3n, va al lugar de 1, 1 al de 2 y 2 a 3 bal\u00f3n)<\/p>\n<p><strong>OBSERVACIONES:<\/strong> Colocar un defensor para que la definici\u00f3n se realice con oposici\u00f3n.
