DESARROLLO:<\/strong> el jugador 1sale a velocidad a zig-zag entre las estacas y pasa el bal\u00f3n a 2. 2 antes se desmarca tocando el cono alejado y viene a recibir el pase de 1 para pasar a 3. 3 cuando 2 est\u00e1 por recibir el pase de 1 salta la valla y arranca a velocidad a recibir el pase de 2 y pasa a 1 que realiz\u00f3 un recorrido largo por el sector derecho. (ejemplo)<\/p>\n

2 despu\u00e9s de tocar el bal\u00f3n a 3, realiza un \u201cU\u201d para definir el centro-pase de 1. La rotaci\u00f3n es la siguiente: 1 va al lugar de 2, 2 al lugar de 3 y 3 al lugar de 1.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANTE;<\/strong> los balones van siendo colocados inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de la final de estacas para iniciar constantemente el ejercicio.<\/p>\n

OBSERVACIONES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 – Variar las acciones en las diferentes estaciones. (escaleras, cuadrados, vallas chicas, etc.)
\n2 – Variar las acciones previas de los jugadores.
\n3 – Conducir m\u00e1s.
\n4 – Agregar un defensor que tenga una acci\u00f3n previa de velocidad.<\/p>\n
