\nCANTIDAD DE JUGADORES:<\/strong>\t13 jugadores. 1 portero, 2 apoyos, y dos equipos de 5 jugadores.
\nMATERIALES:<\/strong>\tEl\u00e1sticos, balones, 2 porter\u00edas chicas y una normal, casacas.
\nDURACI\u00d3N:\tTrabajo de 4 a 6 minutos. Recuperaci\u00f3n completa.
\nCAMPO DE JUEGO:<\/strong>\t30 de largo y 40 metros de ancho. Porter\u00edas de 4 metros.
\nDESARROLLO: <\/strong>Comienza atacando los ofensivos. Cantidad de toques libres. Para convertir es obligatorio pasar a unos de los apoyos por fuera. Gol de cabeza o de aire vale doble. Los apoyos juegan solo con los ofensivos. Los defensores tienen que hacer el recorrido cuando el bal\u00f3n sale a unos de los apoyos. Al gol (de cualquiera defensores\/ofensivos) sacan.<\/p>\n

1.\tDelimitar la cantidad de toques.
\n2.\tLos apoyos juegan tanto con los ofensivos como con los defensivos.
