TRABAJO PRACTICO:<\/strong>\tVelocidad con centro y finalizaci\u00f3n.
\nOBJETIVOS T\u00c9CNCOS:<\/strong>\tPase (centro) y finalizaci\u00f3n (remate cabeza o pie).
\nOBJETIVOS T\u00c1CTICOS:<\/strong>\tDelanteros al primer y segundo poste.
\nOBJETIVOS F\u00cdSICOS:<\/strong>\tVelocidad.
\nOBJETIVOS PSICOL\u00d3GICOS:\t<\/strong>
\nCANTIDAD DE JUGADORES:<\/strong>\t3 Jugadores por repetici\u00f3n.
\nMATERIALES:<\/strong>\t7 vallas de m\u00e1s de 40 cm., 6 vallitas y 2 conos. Balones.
\nDURACI\u00d3N:<\/strong>\t1 serie de 3 repeticiones para que cada jugador trabaje en cada uno de las estaciones. Cuantidicar la distancia y hacerlo del otro lado.
\nCAMPO DE JUEGO:\t<\/strong>Media Cancha. Vallas cada 1.50 metros. La \u00faltima a 20 metros de la l\u00ednea final. Las otras vallas a 5 metros del \u00e1rea grande.
\nDESARROLLO:<\/strong> a la orden del entrenador el jugador 1 comienza a saltar las vallas y realizar unos 10 a 15 metros de m\u00e1xima velocidad para lanzar el centro. Simult\u00e1neamente salen los otros dos jugadores (2 y 3) realizando 2 skiping entre medio da cada vallita, saltan la valla y a velocidad tocan el cono y cambian de direcci\u00f3n como lo indica el diagrama.
\nProcurar que el portero no salga fuera del \u00e1rea chica para incentivar a los jugadores a realizar el trabajo a velocidad y tener \u00e9xito en la acci\u00f3n final, que los motive a realizar dicha ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

OBSERVACIONES:<\/strong>
\n1.\tColocar m\u00e1s jugadores.
\n2.\tVariar las acciones previas de los jugadores 2 y 3. Ejemplo con aros, escaleras, etc.
\n3.\tObligatorio el \u201cpase atr\u00e1s\u201d en lugar de un centro.
\n4.\tColocar un 4to jugador en el medio de los jugadores 2 y 3 m\u00e1s retirado para que a la hora del centro ocupe la zona media del \u00e1rea.
