DESARROLLO: Pase y devoluci\u00f3n y me desmarco a uno de los conos o estacas, inmediatamente el jugador que esta atr\u00e1s hace un movimiento de desmarcaci\u00f3n opuesto al anterior para recibir el pase entre l\u00edneas.
\n\t\t\tAl recibir se apoya con el compa\u00f1ero. Se contin\u00faa el ejercicio inmediatamente del otro lado. El que se apoya y desmarca es el otro compa\u00f1ero. Cambian a una orden los dos de afuera con los dos interiores.
\n\t\t\tExigir velocidad de ejecuci\u00f3n y que lleguen a colocarse delante del cono, estaca o defensor.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

OBSERVACIONES:
\n\t\t\tV1. Cambio din\u00e1micos libres entre los dos jugadores del mismo lado. Sin orden expresa del entrenador. Trabajar entendimiento, comunicaci\u00f3n y toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n
