DESARROLLO: 1 se pasan el bal\u00f3n entre ellos entre un tiempo de 3 segundo como m\u00ednimo por un espacio de unos 8 a 15 segundos. Los 2 toman y dejan con un recorrido de 12 a 15 metros. A una orden del entrenador el jugador 3 de la derecha conduce a velocidad e intenta tirar el centro a uno de los \u201c2\u201d para que definan.<\/p>\n

A mismo momento los dos \u201c1\u201d atacan y los \u201c2\u201d defienden, tanto el centro de la derecha como el de la izquierda. Cada jugador 3 que conduce y tira el centro tiene que salir a velocidad hasta las estacas como indica la figura. La rotaci\u00f3n es 1 van al lugar de 2, 2 al lugar de 3, 3 al lugar de 4 y 4 al lugar de 1.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
