DESARROLLO:<\/strong>
Comienza el ejercicio teniendo el bal\u00f3n los 4 jugadores a un toque. Si los dos jugadores defensores del cuadrado interior recuperan el bal\u00f3n pasan a jugar 6 vs. 4 teniendo los de afuera dos toques (r\u00e1pidos) y los interiores un toque.
Cambiar a los jugadores interiores por exteriores, tanto los dos como los 4. 
Para trabajar espec\u00edficamente se podr\u00eda determinar los 2 jugadores interiores seria los contenciones, los 4 interiores la l\u00ednea defensiva, y los 4 de afuera los ofensivos.
