Distancia 15 metros para recorrer hacia los maniqu\u00edes,<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td colspan=\"2\" width=\"716\"><p><strong>DESARROLLO: <\/strong><\/p><p>A una orden, salen los dos jugadores defensivos, y el ofensivo, tomando y dejando. Cuando el jugador ofensivo realiza el \u00faltimo recorrido, recibe el pase de un entrenador para comenzar la transici\u00f3n ofensiva en situaci\u00f3n de 3 vs. 2. Una vez finalizada dicha situaci\u00f3n los dos defensores descansan esperando la siguiente repetici\u00f3n. Los ofensivos van rotando.<\/p><p>Importante que todos los movimientos sin bal\u00f3n sean realizados a velocidad.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td colspan=\"2\" width=\"716\"><p><strong>OBSERVACIONES:<\/strong><\/p><p>V1. Cambiar de lado la \u201cpresi\u00f3n\u201d para trabajar ambos perfiles.<\/p><p>V2. Delimitar toques a los \u201cofensivos\u201d.<\/p><p>V3. Cambiar o no la posici\u00f3n de los jugadores.
