Se puede realizar por pasada de cada pareja o por tiempos totales de cada equipo. Ejemplo: 2 pasadas o 5 minutos.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

CAMPO DE JUEGO:<\/strong><\/p><\/td>

Distancia al primer cuadrado 15 metros. Cuadrado de 12 x 12. Distancia hacia los cuadrados laterales 12 metros. Cuadrado de 8 x 8 metros.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

DESARROLLO:<\/strong><\/p>

A una orden salen dos jugadores a presionar a 4 jugadores intentando recuperar el bal\u00f3n. Cuando lo logran cada uno realiza la misma acci\u00f3n por separado hacia los cuadrados laterales jugando en este caso 3 vs. 1 para finalizar atacando en situaci\u00f3n de 1 vs. 1<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

OBSERVACIONES:<\/strong><\/p>

V1. Trabajar la presi\u00f3n por tiempo.<\/p>

V2. Variar din\u00e1micamente la posici\u00f3n del equipo que no presiona. Ejemplo: 2 del cuadrado cambiar uno con cada uno de los del cuadrado lateral. 1 de ellos cambia con el defensor y el defensor va al primer cuadrado.<\/p>

V3.
