3 a 5 minutos de presi\u00f3n las 2 parejas.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

CAMPO DE JUEGO:<\/strong><\/p><\/td>

Cuadrados, de 12 por 12 metros separados 15 metros entre ellos y los maniqu\u00edes 18 metros al igual que las estacas.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

DESARROLLO: <\/strong><\/p>

A una orden comienza la tarea saliendo a presionar los 2 defensores a los 4 \u201catacantes\u201d.<\/p>

Una vez que la pareja toca el bal\u00f3n los \u201catacantes\u201d cambian de cuadrado a velocidad mientras los dos defensores deber\u00e1n recorrer hacia los maniqu\u00edes, toc\u00e1ndolos y recorriendo a realizar la presi\u00f3n al otro cuadrado. Una vez finalizada la presi\u00f3n en ambos cuadrados, recorren a velocidad hacia las estacas para que comiencen la tarea los otros 2 defensores.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>
