Cuadrados de 15 metros separados entre s\u00ed 20 metros.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

DESARROLLO:<\/strong><\/p>

Comienza un cuarteto defendiendo, 2 dentro del cuadrado y los otros 2 atentos para interceptar el pase entre los cuadrados. Se deber\u00e1n hacer 5 pases m\u00ednimo y 10 m\u00e1ximos para poder pasar a cualquiera de los 2 cuadrados. El defensor no podr\u00e1 entrar al cuadrado hasta que el bal\u00f3n no llegue al mismo. Si intentara interceptar. Si no lo logra ambos jugadores \u201cexteriores\u201d ahora presionaran y los dos que estaban presionando trataran de ubicarse r\u00e1pidamente para interceptar los pases. Con solo tocarla cambian. El cuarteto que la perdi\u00f3 deber\u00e1 ir a presionar 2 a un cuadrado y los otros dos como lo indica la figura.<\/p>

Juegan dentro del cuadrado a un m\u00e1ximo de 2 toques.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>
